New TurnKey Torrent Server version (14.0)

Changes:

  • Torrent Server:
    • Changed from MLDonkey to rTorrent and from lighttpd to nginx.
    • Latest Debian Jessie package versions of rTorrent and ClamAV.
    • Latest upstream version of ruTorrent (3.7).
    • Uses tmux to keep rTorrent running.
    • Removed FTP.
