New TurnKey Moodle version (11.1)

Changes:

  • Upgraded to latest upstream version (installed from upstream tarball, Ubuntu package available is broken due to php5.3).
  • Set Moodle admin password on firstboot (convenience, security).
  • Set MySQL root password on firstboot (convenience, security).
  • Force MySQL to use Unicode/UTF8.
  • Added php-xcache PHP opcode cacher / optimizer (performance).
  • Set postfix MTA myhostname to localhost (bugfix).
  • Enabled tracking in PHPMyAdmin.
  • Added convenience symlinks: /var/www/{webroot, config}.
  • Added recommended packages: php5-xmlrpc, php5-intl
