Changes:

  • Update Joomla to 3.10.11.
  • Move install to use 'Joomla Console' rather than manual. database name changed from `joomla` -> `sites_joomla` table prefix change from `jos_` -> `j_`
  • Includes PHP 7.4.
  • Updated all relevant Debian packages to Bullseye/11 versions
