Hello, i succesfully downloaded a magento virtual appliance, wich i modified with this tutorial (sorry it's a french one, but the command lines do not change)

configuration turnkey linux magento

But after a few boots, or try to export zip upload on dedicate server and download in an other place, i have this problem:

udevd[329]: can not read '/etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules'

udevd[329]: can not read '/lib/udev/rules.d/75-persistent-net-generator.rules'

/dev/mapper/turnkey-root : clean, 73132/1114112 files, 354901/4456448 blocks
/dev/sda1 wan not cleanly unmounted, check forced
/sbin/mount.vboxsf : mounting failed with the error : Protocol error
mountall: mount /media/magento16_SF [629] terminated with status 1
mountall: Filesystem could not be mounted: /media/magento16_SF
/dev/sda1 : 201/125416 files (1.5% non-contiguous), 29852/499713 blocks mountall : fsck /boot[301] terminated with status 1

and after the virtual machine can't start (it has been run using virtual box) i can not do anything, start or halt or escape. So i would like to know how to fix it if it's possible (i have a backup before the bug...) but i really would like to know how to prevent it => i can't import the same backup every weeks to fix it . thanks you in advance.

First thing I'd do is check the disk (fsck). Hopefully that will get you going again. Use a LiveCD/ISO to boot your appliance.

@roduce - I'd check the physical HDD as well (using the native disk check tools).

@lesnod - Probably a much better way to migrate from a VM to a physical machine is with TKLBAM. Just do a backup of your VM, install the vanilla appliance to bare metal and restore to your freshly installed appliance.

I assume from your last line that you do a Hard Reboot and that it starts back up.

The french link looks like you added a CD Recorder though you are running as a VBox.  I haven't used VBox much.  Doesn't Vbox have Native access to your CD Drives?  VMware does.

Can you run the system without modification to see if you need to modify it first.

I would recomend installing TKLBAM, making a backup, then Making a New Install and Running a Restore.  You will have a fresh system that should eliminate the data corruption (if you have it).  If the problem is in your CD Driver you may need to manually remove what you added  (apt-get remove ....)

Hope this helps.
