1) I have installed Tomcat Appliance and it seems to not be running. How do I START tomcat? (/etc/init.d/tomcat start not found) 2) I see in the tomcat description it shows, Turnkey Control Panel, and Tomcat Administration Panel, where are they? http://salesseeker.com/screenshots/2011-12-09_074604.jpg

For the record, the 'control panel' should be available when you browse to http://<appliance-ip> if that's not working then I'd suspect a corrupted download as it should fire up OOTB.
