Just installed Turnkey Linux ownCloud and upon opening remote web portal to ownCloud server, was prompted to login. But was never prompted to setup credentials. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Where are you running this?
Sorry for slow response... Most formats provide first boot scripts to allow you to set all these from the console when the appliance is first booted/logged into (via SSH). So I suggest that you login via SSH and see if that happens for you....
