How do i go about installing a 3rd party app with the Owncloud Appliance. I looked in the var/www/ directory but i dont see an owncloud directory.  ? any help would be appricated.

In v14.x we install ownCloud from the Debian repositories. So the files will be broken up and put in their "proper" places as per Debian packaging policy. If you want to see exactly where they all are, probably the quickest, easiest way is via the Debian package page: https://packages.debian.org/jessie/all/owncloud/filelist

If that doesn't help then maybe I can help you dig in a little deeper...

If that does help, it'd be great if you could post back with how you end up doing to get it to work. No doubt others will be interested and we could add it to the documentation.
