Hi,
After i install observium from ISO, can i add other monitoring network tool like cacti? Is it observium for this version can sending alert via email? For the port, is it possible to monitor the bandwidth on each port?

To answer your question re installing Cacti; under the hood TurnKey server's are built on Debian (v14.x = Debian Jessie/8) so anything that you can install on Debina, you can install on TurnKey!
As for the specific detailed capabilities of Observium, you'll need to either test it and have a play to see what it can do, and/or check on their website.
