TurnKey Linux Virtual Appliance Library

Removing Live CD Boot option.

krishnakumar797's picture

For the past few days i have been working to integrate our application with TKL, using tklpatch we could successfully create the patched ISO file and depoly the application in a virtual box. But now we need to remove the Live CD Boot option from the boot menu during its installation. I searched a lot for a possible solution, but nothing didnt worked out. I am quite a newbie in python scripting. Requesting any suggestions and helps from all. In btw i m just amazed with the possibilities of Turnkey in providing application deployment facilities, its really wonderful.

The file you're looking for is located in the cdroot: isolinux/menu.cfg - you'll need to update it (its a plain text file) and manually tklpatch-prepare-cdroot and tklpatch-geniso.

Hope the above helps.
