Greetings, I am not a very experienced Linux user, so I have a question. I have a need to install a remote desktop, previously I installed from Windows to Windows, now I need to install remote desktop access from a Linux Mint machine, can you please tell me how to do it right?

Hi. I was recently researching information on this subject.

Linux Mint has a built-in desktop sharing tool, accessible from the main menu. Enable remote access to the machine and it will be available to connect via SSH terminal for anyone who knows the IP address of that machine. Or you can install a third-party tool like Vinagre or others. If you need to access a remote Linux desktop from a Windows machine then you can install an application such as RDP, Xrdp, Xfce4, TeamViewer. Other methods and more details are described here https://www.helpwire.app/blog/linux-remote-desktop/

I hope I was able to help you.
