Hello Jeremy,
It seems the core turnkey package and the Nginx package have different versions of Webmin. The core version includes the xterm module Which is very useful because this appears in the webmin interface and I can go to the command line. However, the NGINX Appliance is a slightly older version of Webmin. 2105 vs 2102. When I try to update Webmin 2102 via apt-get install webmin it says currently up to date.
Can you advise how to update Webmin so that I can use the terminal module, which is rather useful.

I'm still battling with v19.0... *sigh*
Anyway, you should be able to both upgrade webmin and install xterm. v18.x appliances all have the same apt repo and Webmin v2.105 is the latest available. The only thing that occurs to me is perhaps you haven't yet run 'apt update' on the one that only has the older version? So unless you've definately done that please try running that. I.e.:
If that gives the same result and/or shows any errors, please post the full output of the commands. Plus also the output of this one:
