Ok,

This is what I get for working late at night.. but..

I enabled ufw and was dorking around.. Problem 1.

via ufw I allowed in port 80 (only) .. Problem 2.

By doing this I am completely locked out of the applicance. .. I "assume" can boot with a .iso and run single user and mount the /dev/sba and remove the ufw config file.. Thus gaining control again..

Can anyone confirm that this "should" work ?

(ufw - careful what you wish for....)

Thanks all.

in which case that'd probably work. But I'm not sure.

TBH though if you haven't got a backup of any important data, that'd be the first thing I'd do!
