I am using Moodle 2.0.3 on a turnkey linux virtual machine. The problem is the Tiny MCE HTML toolbar does not appear anywhere on the site. It has been suggested that this is an install problem. I have tried using IE8 and Firefox, I have tried upgrading from 2.0 and have tried new themes but with no success. I have checked under site admin\plugins\text editor\manage editors and it says tiny mce html editor is enabled and turned on.
I am getting desperate as without the toolbar I cannot insert pictures, edit text, put in hyperlinks etc etc. I had the system installed by an external company who dont know why the toolbar is missing.
Please help.

I have the current TKL Moodle appliance running and the WYSIWYG editor works fine for me.
