This is the Turnkey Linux (TKL) forums... TKL appliances are preconfigured software appliances built on Ubuntu. There was a Debian beta appliance some time ago and talk of creating Debian based appliances in the future but currently they are all Ubuntu based... And currently there is no Open Journal appliance so I don't think you'll get any joy here at all...
