Question re reserved instances and migration

Hello by mistake i ordered two Reserved instances how can i cancel ?

I have set up one Small S3-backed  Lamp Stack and i want to convert it to Reserved Instance? what is exactly the process can you provide me any help?

Reserved instance fees are not refundable

Reserved instance fees are not refundable apparently (see here). Although I'd probably still contact them and explain that it was accidental if I were you. Perhaps you may be lucky?

As for transferring your LAMP appliance. You could use TKLBAM to backup your current instance and then restore your backup to an EBS-backed appliance. AFAIK that should be your reserved instance, although I'm not 100% on that because I've never used one.
