I want to create a set of Users which would be able to see varying amounts of the Wiki.

For example I would like a super user to see everything and then another user that would only be able to see certain pages.

Is this possible?

Assuming that you are talking about MediaWiki!? Personally i don't know enough about it to be 100% sure its possible and if so, how you would go about doing it. I suggest that you consult the MediaWiki documentation and/or google.
