Hello,

I am new to Turnkey and OTRS not real great with Linux so not sure how to deal with this.

I just downloaded and deployed the OTRS OVF in my vmWare environment.

After booting it and going though all the initial PW changes I go to the address and then click on the Administration Link.

I then get this.

Not Found

The requested URL /otrs/login.pl was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I removed and re-loaded the OVF got the same thing with that second attempt.

I searched and didn't find any ref to articles for problems with the login.pl

Anyone know how to get past this ?
