I've had previous turnkey instances where I had no problem accessing phpmyadmin, but w/ the recent installation, it just times out on that port... any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks

phpMyAdmin is only available on appliances that have MySQL installed so obviously that is a prerequisite. Assuming that you are using an appliance like LAMP or MySQL then where is it running? AWS? Local hardware? VM? Is there a firewall in the way? or a NAT'd gateway?

Thanks for the response,

It is running on an Amazon EC2 instance created using the Turnkey Linux AMI. I have run these instances in the past and had no issue accessing phpMyAdmin, but it seems I can only manage mysql via the WebMin portal with the most recent installations.

I hope this helps to narrow down what I may be doing wrong or what may be wrong w/ the installation.

Thanks,

adam

As a Small 64 bit server in California (West US) and phpMyAdmin worked fine OOTB. Which appliance/appliances are you having issues with? And what size and region are you launching it/them?

But make sure you explicitly use https (which you will probably need to type into the web browser e.g. https://<appliance-ip-or-hostname>:12322

Otherwise I'm not sure. I'll try to test a server in your region later on and see if it works for me...
