If the password reset link (on turnkeyhub) is failing to send me an email, where can I go to escalate?  Are these forms the only other place to look for help?

Yeah sometimes they can be a little slow coming through...

Once you are logged into the Hub you can use the Feedback button (blue tab on the left) if you want but that doesn't help much before you get it...!

I try to check the forums pretty regularly so posting here is usually as good as anything, but if you ever get stuck you can get me on jeremy at :)
