We don't have any copies of the older versions. I think v12.1 is as old as we have other than a few legacy appliances.
The early versions (versioned yyyy-mm) were based on Ubuntu 8.04. If you could find that, you could probably build your own (not as easy I know, but doable). Although not a good idea in production, support has finished so no security updates...!
