My password manager didn't save my password for the TurnKey Hub, so I tried going through the "reset password" process. I receive the error "The user account associated with this e-mail address cannot reset the password."

Any ideas? I'm able to login to the forum just fine, but not to the Hub to work on my application.

AFAIK if you use one of the OpenID type options (e.g. Google, etc) to create your account and don't set a password then you can't reset your password (because you never actually had one...). Might that be what has happened?

If not then TBH I'm not quite sure what we can do, but email support (support AT from the email account that you are using for the Hub and I'll see if I can get it sorted from our end.
