Hello Forum!

On my Drupal site I am using a theme that puts a log-in prompt on the main page. I want to move it to a separate page. How do I do that? Also, once I move or remove it, How would I go about still logging on as the admin? I have other questions and concerns but I need to start from there.

I work with a few web sites and a number of CMS systems. I have not visited my drupal site for some time. So I apologize if I am repeating myself.

The home page is arguemax.com/_drupal-7.26

And is not really specific to TurnKey so there's probably a better place to ask this... Although FWIW the login you speak of should be a 'block' on your front page (or perhaps on every page). You should be easily be able to remove it without having to hack the php code (although it will depend on your theme, perhaps they have hardcoded that in?)

To login as an admin just make a new page e.g. <website.com>/login with just the login block on it. Make this before you remove the login block.

I suggest that if you intend to manage your own Drupal site that you do a bit more research on using Drupal as I'm sure that you will find it useful and will no doubt answer many of your other questions. Also Drupal have lots of community support options (that are probably more appropriate than asking here). Have a look here: https://www.drupal.org/support. Also StackExchange have a Drupal Q&A site: http://drupal.stackexchange.com/
