We are unable to install OTRS 3.0.12 on Windows 2008 R2 (64-bit).

I would highly appreciate if you could send me a step-by-step procedure to do the same.

This is the forums of TurnKey Linux. We provide a pre-build virtual machine that includes OTRS (on a Headless Server Linux OS) but otherwise we have nothing to do with OTRS...
