I would like to be able to access phpmyadmin on my turnkey moodle vm from any browser, instead of having to log on locally by accessing the vm through vCenter. Can you please tell me what changes I need to make to change from *:12322 in the virtual host file or other changes so that I can access it remotely? Thank you.

By default all TurnKey appliances are configured OOTB to support this. No configuration should need to be changed; unless someone has changed it.

Assuming that no one on your end has adjusted the TurnKey config to block it's remote access; then I would think that something on your network is be blocking it. Depending on how your network is set up you may need to forward the port; and/or open the port on your (internet facing) firewall.
