I have done some searching and have not been able to find any information on this.


Does anyone know how I could remove the Owner field for users when they are creating new tickets?


I want to eliminate the option for them to directly assign tickets to anyone when they open a new ticket.

Have you checked the RT docs? Failing that you could try asking on the RT mailing list. I found details on their requested process for asking questions in the docs, here.

If/when you work it out, it'd be great if you post back as no doubt it would be useful info for others. Thanks :)
