It's working for me, so I'm not sure what is happening on your end?
Perhaps it's a glitch in your internet? FWIW mirror.turnkeylinux.org uses a "round robin" DNS to connect to different servers and I checked each of them. We've had a few issues with the master mirror over the last year, but I checked that too and that appears ok too?!
All I can suggest is retrying...

That's interest. Looking a bit closer, it looks like I am only resolving IPs via IPv4, so perhaps that's what I have not been able to reproduce this?
FWIW my testing suggests that both of the IPv4 IPs noted in your output have the LXC template you are after (/turnkeylinux/images/proxmox/debian-10-turnkey-nextcloud_16.0-1_amd64.tar.gz). As I don't currently resolve IPv6, I can't check that IPv6 IP.... :(

It's working here now as well. Fortunately I noticed this and updated the support ticket I had with a link to a mirror in Germany, so I didn't lose any time.
