The default username is "admin" and you should have set the password on first boot. If you haven't set a password for the WordPress admin account, then please log in as root via SSH (you should have set the root user password on the LXC host as creation time).
FWIW most TurnKey appliances default to a username of "admin", although not all (some use the email address entered on firstboot, others use something else, such as GitLab - the default admin user is "root"). This info should be documented within the "Usage details & Logging in for Administration" section of each appliances respective appliance page, e.g. for WordPress.
