New TurnKey Bugzilla version (12.0)

Changes:

  • Bugzilla:
    • Upgraded to latest upstream package.
    • Generation of site-wide-secret on firstboot (security).
    • Set default email language to English (LP#918476).
    • Added required libraries to display line and bar charts (LP#927499).
    • Added extra optional packages for more out-of-the-box functionality.
