New TurnKey iceScrum version (13.0)

- Upgraded to latest release version [#105].

Initial public release of TurnKey iceScrum, based on TKLPatch submitted by Adrian Moya.
Set iceScrum admin password, email and domain on firstboot (convenience, security).
Regenerates all secrets during installation / firstboot (security).
iceScrum base directory set to: /var/local/lib/icescrum.
SSL support out of the box.
Tomcat and Java configurations
- Configured Tomcat admin/manager roles and admin user.
- Configured Tomcat HTTP connector to bind to port 80 (default: 8180).
- Configured SSL port to bind to port 443 (default: 8443).
- Disabled AJP connector on port 8009 (security).
- Tomcat and Java environment variables configuration system wide.
Includes postfix MTA (bound to localhost) for sending of email (e.g. password recovery). Also includes webmin postfix module for convenience.
