Short Bio

Yann is a third generation French chef. Studied Culinary Arts at the prestigious Saint Andree for five years and graduated of a Bachelor in Culinary Art. He apprenticed under Anthony Pean (Robuchons Sous for many years) at the Michelin starred ”La Pomme Canelle” in Luxembourg. Moved to London became head pastry chef at Corrigans at 23. Worked with various consultancy teams (Restaurant Associates, Aramark, Compass) securing corporate events around London, including Twickenham and Wimbledon.
