Short Bio

My name is Clive and I head up the website management team for a Birmingham based manufacturer of whistles in the United Kingdom by the name of ACME Whistles. There are currently some exciting times happening for our company as we are presently in the stage of revamping our website to have a more modern feel and offer our online customers an easier and more engaging shopping experience through our website. While we are still in the relatively early stages of the project as a whole, we are looking to move it forward at a fast pace and as such we are keen to start doing our due diligence when it comes to researching the best possible options for the new design as early as possible. We currently have a few different designs that are under consideration and we are looking to source expert insights and opinions via online communities such as this one that can provide us with some key layers of information that will allow us to make a more informed final decision. The reason that I have signed up to the online community here is that I already came across an interesting discussion thread that immediately provided some useful insight that was relevant to us as a business that pertained to ways in which we can offer our customers a more convenient and enjoyable shopping experience when using our website. User experience is a concept that we are prepared to invest in as part as part of this project but is also something as a team we by no means consider ourselves to be experts in. Therefore, we are looking at communities such as this one to provide us with that expert knowledge and insight that can help us to conduct a more informed, efficient and effective decision making process.
