Short Bio

I am working in Bali as an IT staff at a garment industry company. My responsibility are covering: Communications - I have to make sure that the communication between our company in Bali and the headquarter office in the UK are always on. To achieve this we implement 2 connections from different tier1 ISP in Indonesia. During normal operation, the capacity will load balance between them, and if one of the connections fails, the other will back up the connection. This means the line utilization becomes high and sometimes slowing down the system. My other responsibility is to make sure our connection to the central database system in the UK is always working as all program ended to this system. The payroll system is handled by a local software company as our company doesn't allow the employee to create a software system. They don't want to depend on someone because this will become a problem if the employee no longer working with the company. My other responsibility is to make a purchased for IT related stuff, customizing the existing system and make sure user able to operate the system as efficient as possible.
