Oro Valley Town Council Oro Valley Town Council, Candidate 2020, Bill Rodman: Our Town is so fortunate to be served by outstanding police and fire departments. This needs to continue to be fully supported. The fact that our Town is ranked as one of the safest in Arizona is not an accident. It is the result of the hard work and dedication of the administration and staff of our police and fire departments. Our Community Policing model is the envy of the Country and with our new Chief, Kara Riley, we are ready to continue to provide the world-class safety we have grown to expect. This effective public safety comes at a price that we need to continue to be willing to pay.
