Service time depends on the average service rate which queueing system is evaluated through the parameter. In this phase it is important to know or identify how many servers queueing solutions are available to serve the clients that come to the system. In this way different structures of queuing systems can be presented. Figure presents two very common ones, The first one represents a model with multiple servers fed by a single queue and the second one presents a parallel system with one queue for each server. A technique to execute pilot studies, with quick results and at a relatively low cost, is based on the modeling of scenarios through simulation. Even more so because the model is dynamic, its response to different inputs can be used to study the behavior of the system from queueing solutions which it was developed. A model is the concise representation of a situation; therefore, it represents a more efficient and effective means of communication. The components are the constituent parts of the system. They are also called elements or subsystems. Variables are those values that change.
