In big cities all around the world, co-creation is becoming an emerging trend. Currently, co-working leaders along with their competitors are leaping on a new co-living co-creation real estate trend. Leaders who are watching the trend closely are focusing on investing into co-living co-creation technologies.  Co-living co-creation is booming due to multiple factors However, it is essential to acknowledge that the co-living community is pretty much entirely confined to the cohort of millennials. Two seemingly disparate but related factors in actuality are accounting for the surge in co-living community among the millennial generation, one is sociological and other is economic.  An array of reasons behind emergence of co-living   From economic aspects, people are dealing with a demo coming of age in the job market with flat wage growth largely. Meanwhile, for an array of reasons co-living as a co-creation is the best option to consider, particularly for millennials. However, some of the most important reasons are including: Zoning restrictions  Expensive housing market in various major cities  Millennials are popular for prioritizing flexibility and convenience  Everyone wants to feel that they are a part of a certain community. However, in the case of millennials they want a specific community that is created just for them.  Millennials want a community with no long-term regulations and commitments.  Not only co-living as a co-creation is best to choose because of the reasons mentioned. But also, because most of the co-living apartments are affordable when it comes to absolute dollars. Also, co-living apartments come up with more flexible terms and conditions as compared to standard leases with an effective sense of community without even any absolute commitments.  Co-living as a co-creation  People believe that the present macro-economic environment of co-living is not only ideal for living in the big cities affordably but also effective for co-creation. It is because a good market of employment is encouraging urban living.  Upward pressure on housing prices and rent, rising social alienation level and sustainability concerns across big cities all around the world are sparkling the creation of joined third-spaces i.e. co-living and co-creation solutions.  Co-living as a co-creation solution is redefining how people see themselves, how they work, as well as the concept of home too.  Even though the idea of these third-spaces has multiple definitions, but in this context, it is actually a shared space or a communal zone that has been designed into co-living and co-working spaces, to foster community and social interaction alike.  Even more, this alternative solution is growing also because millennials are moving away from the traditional 9 to 5 job concept and accepting greater freedom and mobility in their way of choosing to live and work.  Final thoughts  Co-living as a co-creation solution is weaving the idea of amazing third spaces in their design fabric. Members are being curated to bring diverse but like-minded creatives, professionals and startups into the orbits of each other. Ultimately, the collaboration, growth and cross-pollination are being fostered.
