I am a Mental Health Therapist, registered with the Health Professions Council. In addition to being a writer, my professional interests as a therapist include long-term psychodynamically informed therapeutic models, as well as cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based interventions. I also have an interest in sex therapy for addressing male sexual dysfunction, neuropsychology and neuro psychoanalysis, enhancing workplace effectiveness, and enhancing personal well-being in the context of chronic illnesses, such as Diabetes.
