A text to speech converter converts text into speech. It's easy to use - simply select a file and click "convert" and your document will be converted into pure text (or speech if you're using a PC). The only problem with this program is that it isn't able to handle large files. If you require a large book you'll have to use a different software. There are a myriad of text to speech services available. Google has some of the biggest ones. If you're not able to find one, you can always try an online text to speech converter which produces good results and isn't expensive!
