Text to speech conversion is a program that converts text into speech. It's easy to use: choose an image and click "convert". Your document will be converted to text (or speech, in the case of a computer). The only problem with this program is that it's unable to handle very large files - if you're looking to convert a large volume of text, you'll have to find another tool.
