A text-to-speech converter converts text into speech. It is easy to use: select your file and then click "convert". Your document will be converted to text (or speech, depending on the computer). The only issue with this tool is that it's unable to handle very large files. If you require a large book you'll have to use a different software. There are a variety of text-to-speech services available. Google has some of the larger ones. You can use a free text-to-speech conversion if you don't have one. It can produce excellent results and is totally free!
