The blog “guiadelapiel” is about cosmetics (facial creams and serums) and supplements that have a real anti-aging benefit based on clinical studies. In each post, I analyse the scientific literature and other sources to give trustable information about beauty and health subjects. I suggest products that contain good active ingredients and are respectful with the skin. I explain the content of the products and specified how to use them. I recommend products that are suitable for sensitive skin. Lately, I am focusing my post research on the knowledge about food (diet) and supplements with a health benefit that may have an impact on longevity. I am a molecular biologist currently working in cancer research in a World leading Institution and the editor of the blog.
