Short Bio

I completed my 100 hour yoga training and it was an amazing experience. I learned so much about yoga and myself during those 100 hours. I feel that I am now a much stronger and more knowledgeable yogi. The training was very intense at times, but it was also very rewarding. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from some of the best yoga instructors in the world.
