Cowen Partners saw an opportunity not being met in the market. We saw that the industry had become complacent, dominated by large national firms. Executive search consultants whose processes were out of date with today’s modern demands has become standard. Or worse, large search firms were assigning searches to eager grads who had zero experience and no senior support to execute a successful search.
