What is Outlander？

Outlander is a British-American time-travel romance television series based on Diana Gabaton's The Stranger series. The series was created by Ronald D. Moore and produced by Left Bank Film Group, a partner with Starz. The show follows Claire, a married war nurse from 1945. Randall accidentally travels back in time to 1743. She then entered an unknown world, full of life threat. When she is forced to marry Jamie, a caring, romantic young Scottish soldier, and the love of an affair burns, Claire is torn between two very different men and two very different lives.
