Short Bio

Braeden Lichti’s career has made him the ideal entrepreneur for strategically building and developing medical technology and life sciences businesses from the ground up. Lichti planted the seeds of his over 14 years of experience in investing when he began investing in Canadian stocks at the age of 15. He decided to forgo the traditional experience of going to college in favor of gaining practical experience and skills in the Canadian capital markets. Lichti began working with an investor relations firm that worked with mining, oil, and gas companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The network built and these experiences served him well as founder and CEO of the investment firm BWL Investments, where he oversaw activities in London,Canada and the USA. Lichti eventually helped launch NorthStrive Companies, the U.S. branch of BWL Investments. Both of these firms work extensively with companies in life sciences industries such as biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. Lichti also has substantial experience starting MedTech companies of his own, as he also co-founded ELEVAI Labs and Health Logic Interactive. ELEVAI Labs is a biotechnology company developing cutting-edge regenerative skincare applications. Health Logic Interactive is known for its medical diagnostic product and chronic disease management technologies. Lichti oversaw Health Logic Interactive as it eventually sold its operating subsidiary, My Health Logic, Inc. to Marizyme in 2021.. Lichti was also one of the first investors in INmune Bio, Inc., a biotechnology company focused on clinical stage immuno-oncology. He served as an advisor to INmune Bio as it prepared plans to go public in 2019. In his off-time, Lichti splits his time between Newport Beach, California and his hometown of Vancouver, British Columbia.
