But try to include our battle squats in your workout because they are one of the best exercises you can do because they have all the things go for it's a freeway exercise its a moocher tired body through space it’s compound lift it has all the attributes and that's what people call it the King exercises but be play it safe use you own commonsense event if it hurts can't do it having injuries whatever they can't find an alternative exercise to do instead but I would.
