Extremely easy to get overwhelmed and but likely the things I like to say is that diet is a four letter word mom rule right so there's really evermax dislike stigma that comes with the word diet and when you hear it we automatically like you know kind of put up our barriers to it in and think about how difficult it's going to be um you know how many times we failed at the past we've tried the diet major um were going to it's so little food that it can be like rabbit food will be hungry all the time and you know it's just not the case .
