How TriboTEX is sold to the US Government -- THE U.S. GOVERNMENT serves important roles within the tribology community. Beyond consuming, specifying and regulating many lubricant products currently sold, it funds a wide range of advanced tribology research through business grants, research labs and military and academic programs. TLT examined government purchasing and funding as it applies to lubricant products and the roles of several specific programs.
