Short Bio

I'm not getting bigger they're not getting smaller were both just getting sick and sad I retired being a trainer because my goal was to help people I wasn't helping them I was actively hurting them and I couldn't even help myself so stop doing that but my neurocell passion to try to figure out a way to change the human body in the human mind through eating and exercise didn't go away and this is when the geeky academic side came out because I said wall where else can I get my information I'm already and expert supposedly personal trainer people pay me thousands of dollars to give them advice which is not .
