disability rating -- We perform impairment examinations based on the 5th or 6th edition of the AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment. You must bring all records, films and papers with you for your visit. There is no guarantee that you will be given a rating. We strictly adhere to the AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment. We also do perform VA (military) impairments.
