Short Bio

I must say that hydrobuilder truly lived up to its claims. Hydro Muscle Max  I noticed dramatically improved recovery not just after my workouts, but I also noticed I  recovered from heavy set workloads during my workouts as well. Coupled with versa-1, I gained strength, mass, and even stamina with hydrobuilder.  The benefits were most noticed on my non-training rest days, but I would also notice a difference during my boxing and cardio sessions as well (ask the zumba girls they'll vouch for me LOL).
